Lake Oconee runs through Georgia’s Morgan, Greene and Putnam counties and is separated from Lake Sinclair by the dam.

Each of the courses offers views of Lake Oconee. The lake is a massive reservoir constructed by Georgia Power in 1979 with 374 miles of shoreline. Great Waters features the most holes along the lake.

Reynolds Lake Oconee Market – June 2022

Real Estate in Reynolds Lake Oconee has remained incredibly strong. Since the pandemic there are fewer than 3% of all available lots or homes on the market. Through June there were 236 community-wide sales for a total of $204.2 million. This number is slightly down compared to last year. The average prices of homes sold this year is up by 46% to $1,519,924.
